Round Hill was founded in 2010 by Josh Gruss, who continues to be the Company’s CEO today. The mission of the company was simple: to build a high-quality catalogue of music rights and to deliver a great songwriter and artist service with honesty and integrity.
Today, Round Hill is one of the largest independent music rights companies in the world for Anglo-American material. It includes a robust music publishing division with strong sync and copyright/royalty administration capabilities, a music production library, neighbouring rights business, record label and Nashville songwriter services group, delivered through offices in New York, Los Angeles, Nashville and London. Round Hill consistently ranks as a top 10 independent publisher by market share in the USA.
